"THE WORST HOTEL FILTHY! We have traveled to many places and been in many hotels, this hotel is by far the worst. It is the most dirty hotel I have ever seen from the lobby to the breakfast area to the room. Carpets are dirty, the soles of your shoes stick to the floor. The wallpaper is peeling of walls in the lobby. Once in the room the washroom had mold everywhere! Tiles were sticky ad dirty carpet was not cleaned, the furniture was all broken. The chair for the desk was all dirty and old....

"I really enjoyed my stay, however, here are a few things that could be improved upon: I wish there was an ice machine. I wish there was some kind of refrigerator in the room. Funky smell in the shower was annoying. Other guests in their rooms on their cell phones hour after hour after hour after hour after hour. It might be wise to emphasize that the guest consider the other guests and the noise level. It was OK, but for me, it’s it’s a one off."

"Single elevator working during my visit - pretty slow. Minimalistic rooms - hard flooring, no fridge. There is a cozy tv viewing area in the downstairs area which was nice. Good location near Broadway and Flushing Ave. in Brooklyn."

"They really should have an ice machine for their guests and the water machine to fill up your bottle downstairs is room temperature and that is being generous"

"Overall this stay was fine. Nice bed and clean. Expect a small room. Very close to Union station stop. The noise really got to me by the last day. The front desk running the vacuum at 7:30 am after a night of people coming home at 11, 2 am, 4am and starting to leave for their day at 6 am. The doors are a heavy slam. I was in a room on the same floor as the front desk and I could hear everything they say at that desk. It was a no sleep weekend until I found my earplugs."

"Great location and very clean. 4 mins walk to subway and about 20-30 minutes from tourist attractions. Street parking was easy to find. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Will definitely stay here for my next visit."
