"Room was not clean, beds unmade, half empty water bottles on desk...front desk attendant said she didn't know about that bc she didn't handle housekeeping."

"No biscuits to go with the gravy, nobody around to make more coffee. Could not get the Wi-Fi to work. Had to go down to the desk to get clean towels because they never cleaned our room."

"The lobby was large and comfortable, especially as we had to wait to check in. I loved the layout of the room! It was spacious and I really liked how the builtin desk was in the center of the room which effectively created a sitting area on one side and a nice big bed on the other. The bathroom was large and modern. The location of this hotel was perfect if going to the Ark Experience. We had dinner at the nearby Mexican restaurant which had great food."

"Staff was all nice and friendly, Room was clean enough, shower didn't drain very well, think it could have been clogged and we got the same feedback from some friends that also stayed there."

"Hotel was dirty and roaches crawling all over. Staff was kind however, this ended up costing me more money and looking for a room somewhere else late in the evening."

"The floor in our room was filthy. I took a wet towel and wiped the floor and the towel turned black. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty. The floor would have been softer than the mattress. Trains with horns ran all night. Dogs backed and howled all night. Other than that, it was great."

"Very clean, comfortable hotel. Great breakfast!"

"This was a great value! The room was clean, spacious, and everything we needed! The breakfast is a great value in itself. So many options for every kind of diet and taste. The attendant worked very hard at making i everything look appealing and attending to your every need. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lexington. Such a beautiful drive between Shelbyville and Lexington especially with the fall colors.. We were pleasantly surprised!"

"Had a nice stay for a night, it was very comfortable and pretty clean other than a few hairs by the tub and one little bug"
