"Staff was kind but this hotel feels like it got a superficial upgrade without really being able to execute. Ther was a hose running down the hallway to fill a far from clean interior hot tub. Showers barely contain water. The meal they promise to be authentic falls flat with tough meat and a fruit salad with pineapple? This giant cheese board that feels recycled from many guests. The best part was not at check but at 930 pm at dinner they said all the electricity would be out the next...

It’s quite peaceful somebody’s always playing piano in the Piazza every day and it’s just a lovely setting and a very clean and wonderful place to stay.
