"The hotel was in a nice area within walking distance of the Piazza dei Miracoli. My room and bathroom was small but clean and recently refurbished. My only problem was the single bed which was really small and lumpy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The garden in front was a nice shady oasis with tables, benches and statuary. All in all my one night was a relatively pleasant one and I’d return despite the bed."
"Little hotel, ideal for our one night stay, as it was half an hour walk from the station when we arrived, then half an hour walk to the airport when we left. The owner was friendly when we arrived, showed us where we could leave our luggage until check in time. The owner’s grandfather established the hotel on the fifties and you could tell she was proud to carry on in his footsteps.
Be warned, there isn’t a lift; thankfully we were fit enough to walk to the third floor."
"Locatie was meer dan goed. Zeer vriendelijke mensen aanwezig bij het strand en in het restaurant. Alles zag er iedere dag keurig, schoon en opgeruimd uit.
Het appartement heeft een goed bed maar de inrichting kan wel wat aandacht gebruiken. Niet omdat het niet schoon is of defect maar waarom heb je in een appartement voor 2/4 personen 6 keukenstoelen staan en niet 1 wat gemakkelijkere stoel. Wij hadden een hele week regen en dan ben je toch meer binnen dan je zou willen.

"Als wir ankamen wurden wir von dem Besitzer herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde die komplette Anlage gezeigt.
Unser Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und landestypisch eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch mit Süßem und Herzhaftem. Täglich wurde ein neuer Frühstückskuchen herbei gezaubert.
Verschiedene Specials wurden Angeboten u.a. ein Wein tasting und das Toskanische Dinner.
Beide haben wir mehr als genossen. Anna präsentierte uns ihre Lieblingsweine, dazu reichte man uns...

The one bedroom apartment was bigger than l thought it would be, the large queen bed comfortable, as was the sofa bed, with the kitchen adequately stocked. "Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
