"We've been asked for $55 fee for 1 hour early check in (not like we've tried to check in in 10am!!) After we've said "no" a second guy came and talked to the front desk guy in their language (they were Indians) and we've been offered to pay discounted price - $35. We've been to a lot of hotels in different cities and states and never even heard for a fee for early check in!!! Anyway we didn't pay. The room didn't have any ventilation and all the steam from the bathroom is building in the room...

"I stayed at Hyatt Place for a weekend stay. The location was perfect for accessing restaurants and shopping. My concern was there seemed to be stains on the carpet near the closet and the sink that looked like blood. Because I wasn't there long, I avoided the area and continued about my stay. I probably should have brought it to the attention of staff while I was there to ensure that no one else was exposed to it. I just wasn't in the room long enough."

"Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"great location with easy access to downtown Atlanta. Rooms were clean and spacious, needs to do some work on the outside."

"The place is cute and secluded. The bed could be better and if you are hosting you need to include more than just peacock. However, it's very clean and the shower pressure was lovely"
