"Everything is good!"

"This is going to be a very condensed review of what I had wanted to say because I’m limited to 1500 characters. I did reach out to management about the issues, no response even though they promised they would first of all you have to request your utensils and stuff when you get to the room and then I went down and picked up two containers of plates and cups and things like that not a big deal but why don’t you just put it in the room second the floors were filthy sticky and grimy third the air...

"Place was pretty gross. I booked for 5 people and they only provided sleeping accommodations for 4. I asked why and they said the count I entered was for them to get a breakfast count!! Yeah made no sense. Had to ask for a cot and was charged $20 plus tax for a crappy cot."

"Our room appeared to be recently painted and was in good repair. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom area was in good shape. Aside from a few flies in the window, the room was clean and in good condition. The location was extremely convenient for food options and easy access on and off Rt. 81. "I liked the conveneient location. It was a typical Quality Inn. Nothing fancy but all I am doing is sleeping there. I was surprised that breakfast was not included with the stay. I would stey here again."

"If they over booked the rooms, i requested a kings size suite. I got settled in the room and sat down to eat dinner and TV wouldn't connect. Called down to the night manager and he had no idea about it. Someone should be trained on everything if they are the only 1 at night. Then to make things worse, I sat down, eat dinner and what do I see a big old roach crawling across the wall then saw 2 more I moved rooms"

"First experience with Microtel. Clean, affordable, everything I needed. I will be back!"

"Friendly staff, clean room and safe property."
