He couldn't find any record of my booking, even after showing booking confirmation and reference. The place had a musty smell and a unclean feel to it.
It looks as if there has been no attempts of upkeep at the property for years.

"I enjoyed my stay here the room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food and drink was excellent. The staff very friendly and happy to help. I was advised a couple of lovely walks from the pub which I enjoyed a lot. Overall I had no complaints"

We have stayed in many places, but we have honestly **never felt more welcomed** than we did at St Weonards. From the moment we arrived, Anne and David made us feel like we had known them for years. They are two of the most genuine, kind and lovely people you could ever meet.
What really stood out was the thought they put into every little personal touch. They remembered things we had mentioned and even remembered the **name...
"Room was exceptional y clean.
Very very hot fan was supplied but did absolutely nothing (it was the hottest few days)
Only one window could open and that was a maximum of 3 inches
We will book again but study the facilities much closer . Slightly misleading when you read the descriptions where it says "hotel apartments"

"Unfortunately there was no shower in my ensuite and I was too fussy to use the shared shower, also it was too noisy for me as I was working long shifts so I had to cancel after the first night. However the pub downstairs looked really busy and welcoming & the staff were absolutely fantastic."
"I had the most wonderful time here. James and Christina were so welcoming when I arrived with my 2 children and continued to be so throughout my trip. There home is immaculate, fresh and clean. They have everything you need, that they allow you to borrow, games, towels, beach activities. Etc. We had a lovely stay. Thankyou."
"The park is nice however you have to pay for everything as extra including WiFi which even after paying was very poor. Paying for indoor swimming was also not good. There was a very pungent smell in our caravan which didn’t go away even with all windows open and bin out. Mattress is very uncomfortable. Won’t be coming back here"

I’d read all about Hans in the reviews and thought it must be too good to be true but was very pleasantly surprised to find it to be accurate.
Couldn’t have helped more, really interesting to talk to and the freshly cooked breakfast was superb!

"Place was closed and locked when we arrived. Had to call sister accommodation to try and open it up. First night we were the only people in the place. Stayed two nights. I never saw a single member of staff the whole time"

Really nice rooms, breakfast was brilliant and the staff were so friendly. They contacted us immediately when they found a watch of ours.
