"The house was good for our multi family reunion. The location is great. We rented a golf cart and went to Grayton Beach State park for beach. The property manager was quick to respond to A/C issue to make it right. One problem (that was not the fault of the property) was that one of our parking spots was repeatedly taken by people renting the house next door. Would help if parking was more clearly marked. Over all I have to give 5 stars because management was so responsive when we had to reach...

"We stayed in Water's Edge for 4 nights and did not want to leave! Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. Very quiet with very comfortable bed. Walked to Redfish Taco, Cowgirl Cafe, Blue Mountain Bakery, and Coffee Shop at 30A. Walked on the beach to Grayton Beach State Park. We will return again, and will book through Beach Stays Vacations."
