"Overall it was good enough for what I needed it for. The room itself wasn’t the best looking place. The lights in the toilet was really dim so it was a struggle to see. There were holes in the wall and huge chunks dug out the plasterboard. Plug for the tv was stretched across the wall to the nearest socket, if it got caught on someone walking by or moving luggage then that tv would defo come off the wall. "I booked this place because we desperately needed somewhere to stay for easy travel to Wembley. I was a bit uncertain about the reviews but honestly this place is fine. It's not incredible, but the staff were genuinely really nice and friendly, it's an easy 5-10 min walk from the train station, the rooms are run down and not that aesthetically pleasing but we found the bed wasn't too bad, and it was clean. "Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh."

"The breakfast was worth having and served 6-10 which was ideal. The accommodation was quite noisy being next to a main road with traffic most of the day and early morning. For anyone visiting with children I would take an extension lead as not enough sockets for the gadgets they might have."
