"I didn’t have any particular expectations when I booked this hotel, but after just one night, it’s definitely become my go-to place in Kingston. The rooms were clean and quiet, the staff were wonderful, and having electric parking on site was a great bonus. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense hotel that offers excellent value for the price."

"I am not sure what to say. March break here in Ontario and I like to take my grandchildren for an overnight at a hotel and a swim, just some downtime with them. So disappointed. The pool was so cold. We were only in it for about 10 minutes and then the two of them had to go in the shower for 15 to warm up. When I complained at the desk, they told me that the heater was broken. Don’t believe it for a second. Everything was cold. The heat coming out of the radiators cold, the stone surrounding the...
