"I couldn't leave this establishment fast enough! It was the worst hotel stay l've experienced in well over 20 years. I tried on multiple occasions to get someone to help rectify the issues I experienced and all I got was "I'm not the one to talk to" or "that's not my department." I even tried to call the manager directly and surprise, surprise: crickets, only a voicemail, no returned call yet. I was checked into an unclean room that smelled like horribly stinky feet for the first 2 nights, with...

"Room was extremely quiet, even though we were on the dog floor. Breakfast was extensive and delicious including hot cinnamon rolls and biscuits. Bags were even provided to take leftovers and fruit. Location was very close to blue ridge and to downtown blowing rock and restaurants. Extremely pleased and would definitely recommend."

"Like the staff and breakfast choices, but didn’t like no access to pool even with card."

"We were only there for one night, but we were traveling with two other families, and both had similar experiences. For one, the elevator had trash in the corners, and we used it at different times, so it's not just that someone dropped some trash and the cleaning crew just hadn't had time to get to it yet. Another issue was the "breakfast" of prepackaged muffins. We were downstairs at 8:30 on Sunday morning, and nothing was set out. We had to ask the front desk if there was anything left, and...

"Fresh newly remodeled rooms"

"The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was great, and a beautiful view from the balcony."

"I"

"Room was clean! Staff was friendly! Loved the creek outside our door! Handicap room was spacious and easy to navigate! We will see you again!"

"Very clean room. I was actually impressed. I dropped a soda over and had to clean it up with a white towel, and my towel was very clean. I even put water on an area that I hadn't even wiped, and I was amazed at how clean the floor was, so that made me feel a whole lot better about my stay. And the breakfast is very good at the Reagan's House of Pancakes."
