"The owner was very nice. The room was excellent condition. Couldn't believe the price was so cheap. Breakfast was good. Nice quiet place to stay. Beds were very comfortable. Pool looked amazing but we didnt have time to use it. Would highly recommend this place."

"Really enjoy staying at the farmhouse. The house is clean and newly renovated. The driveway is easy to drive in and out as it is flat and wide enough for our suv. The house is close to town and conveniently located between rafting centers and Murphy. This is our second year staying and will be back next year. "

"My room was clean and quiet and had a very comfortable bed. Parking was plentiful and close to my room. Unfortunately the Wi Fi was out the entire four days of my stay; at least, I couldn’t get the TV to work. I also wish they had hand towels to use by the sink. They only supply small bath towels and wash clothes. Overall this is an acceptable budget stay."
