I had not been since the upgrades the other year (maybe a few years ago?). What a difference! It was nice place to stay before but now it is very vibrant and fun with more food options, games, and larger, renovated hotel rooms.

We were disappointed with the slots and the food choices were. Unsatisfactory. We have been there many times but will not be back. We are planning our next trip to windcreek in Alabama in early spring next year. Good bye and good riddance!!!

All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Linens were very clean including towels. However, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. They were super hard and lumpy. The bathroom tiles on the walls need more attention to remove the mildew. Other than that, you can have a quiet night’s sleep.

We have visited this Casino three times in the last year or so. It takes us 6 hours + to drive there but it is well worth it. All the staff , from the Janitors to the Managers are extremely friendly and want to make your stay enjoyable. Hats off to the Valet guys and gals as well as the Bell staff. Couldn't be nicer. Food is plenty and I must say that Ramsey's Restaurant has the best fish and chips I have ever had. Look forward to going back after the New Year in 2027.

Unfortunately I am not a gambler but was in town for a nearby golf event and the Hotel and amenities were simply wonderful. Stayed in a newly renovated tower room, which was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable… All the hotel staff encountered were very helpful and professional in their approach. Would definitely recommend to my gambling friends and others…

Our room was lovely! Great view of the outside green and beautifully landscaped. Also saw 2 deer eating dinner which was a delight! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and so was the room. All the staff we came in contact with were vere congenial, helpful and smiling. We had a really good time and will be back! Expedia pricing given was total cost. The hotel charged an additional $78 resort fee. Yes I was informed of the additional fee (hotel message) but thought I was covered under Expedia.
