"It is a good hostel and the staff very helpful, however, when I arrived I was told that the room I had reserved was not available and that I had to stay in a bigger room at a much higher price. I complained and show my reservation, then the owner accepted and let me pay the price agreed on the reservation. I am absolutely NOT happy about this. Unavailable rooms must NOT be shown as available!"

"Llegue a las 10pm al lugar, nadie me abrió y marqué a los teléfonos que ahi exhiben y jamás contestaron, me dejaron varado a media calle sin saber donde poder pasar la noche… tuve que caminar a esa hora por toda la avenida solitaria para poder abordar un transporte que me llevará a otro lugar. Muy mala experiencia. 😠"
