Check in process was lackluster, front desk wasn't able to apply a Fiesta Rewards membership discount because it was same day check in; had to reserve via Expedia to get a good rate. Then we had no working AC for two nights and the hotel used the Expedia booking as an excuse to not be able to refund a percentage of the stay. They ended up offering only two mediocre box lunches as compensation for the hot room that made it hard to get a good night sleep

Rooms are spacious, bed in room 1111 is kind of hard in my opinion, no doubt there are guests who prefer it that way. The bathroom has seen better days and the carpet needs some serious deep cleaning or replacement.

Me asignaron una habitación con persianas, sábanas y toallas muy viejas. No estaba bien aspirado y la alfombra muy vieja y corroída. El el elevador muy viejo a punto de descomponerse. Las fotos que se presentan en internet no muestran la realidad del mobiliario. Yo pensaba que por ser respaldado por Fiesta Americana era garantía pero no fue así.
