"Charming and well loved warm and detailed and comfortable. Because I booked 3rd party I didn’t receive vital info that was necessary for positive host/guest relations. Had info been received in timely manner and understood much confusion and frustration no doubt avoided (no fault of host btw, host was a victim of this disadvantage as well) Positive area, cozy and had above basic amenities. "Parking was in the street or behind the building- you can only park for 3 hours at a time. On our last day of our stay we had to have our car removed at 0830 because Nevada City was having an event- which meant we had to leave early. There was no communication from staff about this. The room was very expensive for no ice or coffee for the room and no parking convenience. "

The street splits JUST before where the house is (either E/W, or N/S - I can't remember) - so my GPS kept telling me I had arrived but I was on the wrong side - and each side was a 1-way - it took a while to figure out how to circle around so I could park in front."

"We stayed in a yurt. It was very comfortable for three people. A bunk bed and one-man cot were provided. Bring your own bedding. (We liked the fact that it had a small fridge, coffee machine, heater, and fan. The designated grill for the yurt was a PLUS for cooking/grilling purposes. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. Then I was told that my amount owed was $30 less than what I already paid. When we went up to the room it was old, dirty not well kept, nor was it safe.
