"This was a nice, convenient hotel. Very clean and very warm and accommodating staff who helped us get our luggage in and get our car parked. We had a lot of space and slept well. The only issue was trying to keep the water within the shower, since there were no walls."
"Beautiful roof terrace with sea views. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location just 5 minutes walk from beautiful beaches.
My room was very clean and comfortable with sheets and towels changed daily. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and lake Ksamil.
I feel the room could have been in slightly better condition as some small things were broken or close to the end of their life such as the toilet brush and bin.
I would have appreciated some small additions such as a chair...
"We got hit with a bad storm but thankfully they had a backup generator. A lot of glass was broken and the water went out for a bit but it came back not too long later. The owner is very quick to respond and it was a good experience. The A/C works phenomenal & the parking is very convenient."
"Beaches and boat rides are right there along with good food and shopping options. Different and tasty breakfast every morning was provided. My only complaint is that they gave me a third floor room with no elevator and with young children, it was a lot of stairs to climb multiple times. However, they helped with the luggage."

The staff were really friendly and feels really family run.
Everything was immaculatly clean including the pool and outdoor areas. The shop onsite was really useful and breakfast was great everyday.
Set slightly back from the main street meant it was a two minute walk but also a more relaxed feel.
We would 100% recommend and would stay again if we're lucky enough to come back to Ksmail 🤍☀️"
