"Rooms were modern and clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was terrific, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was very good. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Other than a major checking-in issue, the hotel was great. The breakfast was tasty, and the amenities avaliable exceeded expectations for the price. Just that during check-in, the counter staff couldn't find my prepayment in the system. Had to dispute it with the manager the next morning as Expedia's virtual agent help services were not helpful. No apology or anything given. Annoying and fustrating experience but the hotel itself was nice for the most part."

"The room was clean and considering other extended stay properties, San Ramon Bishop Ranch East was way better. The standard WiFi doesn’t work at all and very limited breakfast options."
