"Lobby was nice and clean. The room itself was decent, thankful for a fridge to store cold drinks. Family of 4 with lots of luggage and we had a good amount of space. I would definitely stay again. Great location, extremely friendly staff and great places nearby to grab a bite. First time to New York, and we had a great stay!"

"Place is good for the price. Stayed one night. Room was good and AC worked well. Overhead shower didn’t work, and housekeeping knocked on my door the day of checkout every hour beginning at 8am. Check in was great, and the pool is nice. Props to the people working the pool that day, they were helpful and very nice."

"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Times Square. The room was clean and well maintained, but it felt smaller and more cramped than I expected. My biggest disappointment was the customer service. I went to the concierge desk to ask for assistance, but was told the concierge was closed, even though staff members were standing behind the desk. When I asked other employees for help, the response was usually, “I don’t know,” without any effort to direct me to someone who could assist. This seemed to reflect a broader experience I had in New York, where many people appeared rushed and less willing to help than I expected. While I understand the fast pace of the city, I would have appreciated a more welcoming and service-oriented attitude, especially from hotel staff. The hotel’s location is excellent and convenient for exploring Times Square and nearby attractions. If customer service were more attentive, the overall experience would have been much better."
