"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It is also close to all of the touristy sites. The elevators were very, very slow and breakfast was quite busy. One morning, although there were 3 coffee machines and a barrista stand, none of them were working. Only regular coffee was available. "

Our room did not have a rainforest shower that appears to be missing as there was a toggle to switch between the regular shower head and rainforest shower. The clean up each day varied in effort which wasn’t great. Got extra pillows when asked for it so that’s good. The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to stuff like the palace museum and Tiananmen Square. Also close to Wangfujing st."
