"We absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfectly tucked away off the beaten path—peaceful and quiet, yet still convenient. "This hotel was amazing, located close to Umekoji-Kyotonshi train station for easy travel to Kyoto. A very well appointed hotel with a large family room on the 5th floor. "The host was amazing. He contacted us to see what time to expect us. Whenever we walked up he was at the door to welcome us and show us around. We loved everything about our stay. "Our friends told us it was going to be too far away from central Kyoto, but honestly it was surprising when it took less than 15 minutes to get to every place we wanted to go by bike! The area was so quiet and really clean. The hotel staff honestly was so nice! There was an option for eco friendly cleaning too for the rooms. Overall, we cannot wait to get back to Kyoto and stay at The Reign again! 100/10 for everything."
