The well-equipped house boasts fantastic sea views across to Coromandel Town and the bi-folding kitchen connect the house to the beach. Alfresco dining couldn't be easier with the covered deck and the only thing separating the house from the beach is the large lawn perfect for backyard cricket or an afternoon snooze.

There’s plenty of parking for the boat and it can be launched from the beach in front of the house. The Coromandel is the perfect place for hooking a snapper or perhaps just go for a leisurely paddle in one of the property’s kayaks.

The bay is accessed from a private road along from Wyuna Bay and is only shared with six other properties so enjoy the exclusivity of having the beach to yourself.

Build a sandcastle with the kids, walk to the jetty at the end of the bay and dangle of a line, have a paddle in the calm water at high-tide or find a shady spot and simply relax.

A bush walk from the back of the property will take you up to the top of the hill where you will be rewarded by an impressive sunset.

The property is well-equipped with all the luxuries of home including wi-fi, gas stove top, dishwasher, washing machine and fireplace. It is modern, warm and comfortable.

Set slightly back from the beach, the three bedroom house (including sleep-out) offers privacy and birdsong.

A quick 7-minute car ride will take you into Coromandel Town for shops, cafes and restaurants where the are plenty of options for dining out.

Ruffins Rocks is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway, fishing trip, weekend away with friends or a family holiday to make memories with the kids.
