"The staff were lovely, but the hotel itself needs attention, shower wasn't great, wall paper was hanging off, generally it just needs updating. The breakfast was good."
"Hotel this central to everything we required. The train noise from the underground was disturbing at first but after 6 nights we got used to. But any accommodation close to the underground would be the same. Good restaurants very close by. Would stay again."

"Air-conditioning didn't work (room was 31°), refrigerator didn't work, keypads for rooms don't work anymore so you're given a key that takes 5 turns and your whole body pressing on the door to open. Plus housekeeping came into my room while I was napping WITH the "privacy, please" sign on the door...Are you kidding me?
