"We arrived and was given a uncleaned room. The front desk corrected it right away. We've stayed here previously with no issues whatsoever. The second room had no face cloths or hand towels. The front desk corrected it when we went down. I would still recommend this Hilton without question."

"Nice staff everywhere. Bar, restaurants, front desk...one disturbing thing though...Asked 3-4 people at front desk if I could get the Milwaukee Brewer game on TV....they had no clue. I found a "Milwaukee" channel guide on the TV, which turned out was impossible to use....also no one knew about that. A couple times the person went to ask a "manager", only to come back with no answer. Disappointing."
Quality Inn & Suites Woodstock near Lake Geneva

"Only negative about our stay was there was not an elevator for the second floor rooms and they had booked all of their downstairs rooms. Pool was nice. It is a small pool and not very deep. Was perfect for the kids to play in. And for the adults relax in. Washer and dryer on site was a nice touch. Breakfast was a small but worth the trip down. Bagels with cream cheese options. Dry cereal and oatmeal. Milk. Coffee. Orange and Apple juice. Toast and could make fresh waffles. Yogurt and fresh bananas. Enough to get our crew fed and have a late lunch or early dinner to help cut our food cost. Night staff were great ( I didn't get the ladies name she was the only female front desk staff) and housekeeping were super helpful and kept up with all our needs of extra clean towels. Changing sheets and getting our trash out. All around was a great stay for our 5 days"

"The staff was very welcoming when I arrived for my stay. It was a bit difficult to locate the property, due to placement and road construction, and parking was limited. However, the hotel made up for it with good amenitites"
