I had the King bedroom suite with a sofa, chair, and a huge TV. I have been traveling with lots of stops, and while it is an older hotel, it was very clean, and I would go back next time in Winnemucca.

The stay was quiet and the bed was comfortable, no one bothered us. The check in process was great. HOWEVER, the floors were dirty, the toilet seat was broken, the lamps did not match each other and there were holes in the wall from construction. The sheets were not clean, there was no extra secure locks on the door.

Was a motel under construction. Lot of vehicles and equipment in places where I needed to walk. Staff not particularly warm or friendly. Oh well. Had a bed a toilet and a shower and heating. Don’t like those units that are both heating and A/C. They’re too loud to leave on for sleeping. The rooms were clean, but carpet on the floor is more friendly to cold feet than faux wood floor. Shocked to see how many businesses have gone under in the last few years.

Very comfortable, attractive bed and bedding. Excellent TV. Very clean Attractive flooring Reading lamps needed on both sides of the couch. Maybe a few pillows also. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower would be convenient. The sitting area needs to be more inviting, with pieces that work well together.

The beds were harder than a rock. The ladies up front didn't explain where our room was or tell us really anything. No blow dryers in the room and the toilet handle was broken. The building itself was nice and the rooms were very clean, but customer service was non existent. I've worked as a desk clerk and I was very disappointed by the front desk emoyees.

Bed was great. A/C was perfect - it was 104 degrees that day! Good shower, nice room. I had two queens. Problems: lots of broken steps on the outside concrete stairs between floors. Keurig coffee machine was broken. Only decaf pods provided. I wanted a good night sleep. I got it. So hurray!

Hardest hotel bed I've ever slept in. This is a newly remodeled, renamed hotel, and they have done a lot to make it nice! But the beds were terrible! You could feel the springs and metal support, and it was about as soft as a quilt on top of a piece of plywood. The updates made it super cute, and it felt safe and cozy.... except the bed. Most everything was updated besides the shower.

The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed or latch. Super awkward for our teenage sons. We had checked in at 11:20pm and checked out yesterday before the office opened (we were on a road trip). Since there was no one around to talk to when we checked out yesterday and we didn’t have reliable cell service the rest of the day, I called today to see if we could get a partial refund because of the door and was told that if I had said something in person, they could have given me a refund but since I waited 2-3 days to call [not true but he wasn’t listening to me], they can do nothing.”

The bed was very hard and I’m used to sleeping on a firm mattress. The sheets were thin. The housekeeper forgot to leave an extra roll of toilet paper and there were no Kleenex. There was coffee in the room but no coffee cups or creamer or sugar packets.

The room was clean, but the queen bed was only a box spring, so uncomfortable. The door to the bathroom was broken and couldn't be closed all the way, so no privacy. The toilet roll holder was broken, and the toilet was so low it was difficult to sit or stand from it. And the walls/ceiling was so thin that the people above us, who were up at 3am, woke us both us just walking around. Probably will not stay there again.

At check in the lady was maybe having a bad day. Not friendly. The room had not been cleaned from the previous guest and was terrible. They did give me a different room which was fine. But the same lady from check in seemed as though I put her out and she did not even offer an apology for having to change rooms. The buildings are supposed too be being renovated so hopefully the broken concrete stairs will be fix.
