"A bit disappointed in the condition of hotel as we’ve stayed here several times before because of it’s convenience to interstate and O hare.
One elevator wasn’t working when we arrived and 24 hours later when we left, another elevator wasn’t working. Our bathroom had rust stains in shower and lobby bathrooms were messy with paper towels and actual towels on floor making me think something overflowed
Parking lot lacks an exit at one end, if you park at that end , you’ll need to back out 1/3 of lot to exit. Plus now there’s a fee for parking which we didn’t expect. We did not realize attached Outback Steakhouse restaurant was no longer as we had hoped to enjoy drinks in the evening there.
Check in was easy and staff pleasant"
