"Property was stunning, check in was easy and virtual for someone not tech savy, spa cabin was a bit busy at times with up to 8 people in a small space but the facility itself (cold plunge+ sauna rooms) were beautiful. Did not know that you have to pay additional fees for the firepit which is propane.. figured with the nightly fee this would have been included but that was our only complaint.. "There was no blinds in the livingroom for the pull out couch. We had to wipe the floor after spilling water and the paper towel came up so dirty. There was only 2 pool towels and the listing says “sleeps four”. There was a hair on the sheets in the bedroom and no cover on the duvet for the pull out. Overall felt unclean."

"My room was located on the first floor in the corner with 2 giant generators running all night. There was no view and the air conditioning wasn’t working. When we called the front desk no one picked up. When I walked over to inquire they said so sorry nothing we can do. The location in the town was fantastic. It appeared that the main building (where we were not) looked clean and well kept."
