"I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available."

"There's no AC, one small fan inside the room Temp upper 90's..was assigned a room on 3rd floor- no elevator, stated " fully booked " though we were the first 3 guess to check in.,found a spider on the tub! Did not sleep/rest, checked out as soon as the sun rise !!! There's supposed to have breakfast, did not see or told where, found time in the room...starts at 7 am( cannot wait to get out ans wait. Been traveling for years, first time to have this experience/nightmare!!!"

"Given a room next to elevator that developped a scratching or screeching noise everytime anyone used it. Place was busy so could not get different riom and neither Expedia or Premier Inn gust services made it clear how to get some compensation. For four nights we could not enjoy the room or sleep well ."
