"Loved the property, just not the location of our room. There was one door that was super loud that we heard all night. Could’ve just been the guest, too. Not sure about our a/c - didn’t seem to cool the room adequately and also made a loud noise outside. Overall though, I’d definitely stay again! Great views, awesome sky deck. The pool could’ve used some cleaning, unfortunately - but a great location nonetheless."

"The first room I had was advertised as non-smoking but clearly someone had been smoking in there. So I had to move to an upstairs room which I liked the best. Then I moved to a downstairs room and the air conditioning did not work very well. If you're staying in the building with the mountain view rooms you're going to have a long hike to the ice machine."

"My husband and I have stayed at this resort a handful of times and love it. The cottages are the perfect size for the two of us and having a kitchen helps keep food costs while traveling down. We love all the water features and that there is a large spa pool that is adults only, lets us escape if the pool is being enjoyed by families. It’s close to Sedona and various trail heads giving us a variety of entertainment options."

"Checked in and afterwards was asked about attending a time share session. Was asked if we were going out for dinner. Recommended some places and they said they could save us 20% by purchasing a certificate for $80 and receiving a $100 redemption value. What they didn’t say was by using the certificate you agreed to an 18% gratuity. No deal."
