The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Gather on the sectional couch beside the gas fireplace or enjoy a quiet evening with a movie. The adjoining balcony offers a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and mountain views - an inviting spot to share a meal or watch the sunset after a day outdoors.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone counters, and heated floors, with everything you need to prepare meals together. A dining table for eight and breakfast bar seating for two make this an easy space for shared breakfasts before heading out or relaxed dinners at day’s end.

Sleeping arrangements
Across three levels, this townhouse comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms. On the main floor, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, and heated towel rail. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed, TV, and its own ensuite with a shower. On the lower level, a third bedroom with a king bed and a fourth with a king-split bed share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and heated towel rail.

A mudroom with bench seating, a boot dryer, and storage keeps mountain gear organized. Guest Access:

Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. This home is spread over 4 floors with no elevator access to the living spaces
• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
