The property seemed to be understaffed and too busy to answer the phones for questions that could have been easily answered with either an instruction manual or phone call, rather than a trip to the front desk. The TV was limited due to lake of apps. Laundry was not available in suite and the hot tub was not maintained at a hot tub temp. We were disappointed with our stay

The location of Blackcomb Springs Suites is perfect. A quick ski down to the lifts and a very convenient and helpful ski valet right on site. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
