"We visit Vero Beach once a year for our son's baseball. We typically stay at the beach but stayed closer to the complex this year. The house location was perfect as it was 10 minutes from everything (downtown, beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.). The house itself was an oasis for us as it had everything we needed - plenty of space, a pool and a wonderful kitchen and outdoor area to cook and enjoy inside or outside. It was beautifully decorated and made us immediately feel comfortable and at home.To add to the experience, the host, Catanya, could not have been more gracious. She was easily accessible, answers any questions we had and even had welcome gifts for us immediately upon entering the home.We will definitely consider returning for next year and hopefully bringing a few more family members with us."

"Beach view was perfect, slept with sliding door open and listened to the ocean waves at night. Furniture is comfortable and apartment was clean. Kitchen is very small and tight to work in but many good restaurants in the area. Host was responsive. A cheat sheet on the complex would be a nice addition, just indicating where outdoor shower, trash and recycling are located and any other rules. Overall a great week, and we will return."

"The house was just the right size with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on either side of the house. The kitchen was well stocked (although it could use more silverware) and the screened in back porch by the pool was heaven. We could hear the ocean from there and spent quite a bit of time relaxing and reading outside."

"We had a Love/Hate relationship with the property. The location was awesome with breathtaking sunrises and unrestricted direct views of the ocean. The home is spacious and the layout was really excellent with basically two master bedrooms it made entertaining very nice.The owners genuinely cared about our satisfaction, were very responsive, and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant.The first few days were trying as is often the case with a VRBO. The home was generally clean, but the dishes were dirty, we had ants in the pantry & kitchen, which they sent an exterminator for, I had to clean the tracks and put down dry lubricant on all the sliding doors, as the doors would not budge when we got there. We had to replace the air filters on both furnaces as they were filthy. The house smelled musty and they had electric air fresheners trying to mask the stale oder. We basically re-cleaned the entire place, but understand we are a bit obsessive. The beach access is fine, a short walk down the driveway and a shared sidewalk with all residents, although not being direct anymore, it is not nearly as convenient. The pool was kept clean and was set at 80, so very happy with that.They had new lounge chairs but the rest of the outdoor seating was old, some broken, poor quality cushions, etc. They had new beach towels & umbrellas. The furnishings are not what you expect in Florida, they appear to be all brought from up north, heavy wood antiques."

"Everything! Easy to work with host. (Thanks Amanda!) Squeaky clean with an open style and every sort of serving and cookware imaginable. From deliciously comfortable beds and couches, a few steps to a clean private beach, friendly neighbors and everything you will need for a family or friend vacation. The location is just a few minutes into to town to enjoy the plethora eateries and shopping. Stayed twice....so far. ;) "

"This is a beautiful home, perfect for us and our 3 adult children. Close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Due to some miscommunication, the hot tub was never turned on (which I’m assuming also heats the pool), so did not get to enjoy the hot tub or pool. We would definitely stay in this home again when we are in Vero Beach."
