"Do yourself a favor and dont stay here!! You have much nicer,cleaner,and friendlier options elsewhere. The management (Sarah) at this property is racist. Called my husband who is black by the wrong name 3 times while holding his license in hand and being corrected 3 times in the same conversation. I’m Hispanic,always condescending,rude. She is not a nice person and this property shows many problems.it’s not welcoming,looks and smells old and high turnover of employees due to Sarah. Been told by employees they’re afraid of her or left cause of her. Only 1 person at night to check u in,cook food,clean,and make drinks at the tiny bar. Also no real Starbucks. They just have Starbucks coffee u pay for and they make 3 drinks that taste old and stale. Just nasty. Dark smelly rooms.carpet stinks. Handicap room has an old worn out bed that should be replaced. Breakfast is the samething day after day. Gym is a tiny room w/ 3 machines. The pool is tiny. The internet and tv are constantly up and down. Forget about connecting your phone to the tv for Netflix etc. if u need WiFi for work good luck!! It’s always up and down. If u need a luggage cart,there’s like 3 on the property and there old,dirty,steer bad and never available. Your lucky if u get 1. This place really is the Worst place in Palm Bay!! There are far nicer Hyatts and Holiday Inns and Marriotts even Doubletree in town without what this place gives. Do yourself a favor and Stay somewhere else!!"

"Clean and convenient. Room okay with nice cozy beds and powerful hot shower. The pool is nice and close to beach. Handsome Nick was very awesome and helpful. Room service was good but 1st day beautiful and fresh and 2nd day cold and old not to forget to mention wrong. I even called and was told they would deliver missing items to our room, but never did. Worst 70 bucks we spent on breakfast. Not the hotel's fault but not right. Parking easy. We enjoyed are stay overall. "

"The mattress was like sleeping on spring. The bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable . I was in a king size bed with tiny standard pillow. The front staff was excellent. Other than that, I would not stay again."

"We only stayed one night but wish it was longer! Very comfortable room and beds and everything was so clean. All the staff we encountered were wonderful and so attentive. Can't wait to be back!"
