"This has been the 5th year we've come back to SPI and the 4th year at the tiki. We recommend the property to everyone! Every experience has been top knotch. This year was no different. The condo was fantastic for my family and I. The space was perfect and very accommodating. 6 adults and 3 grand kids with ease. Everyone had their own space and we felt comfortable not crowded. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Lots of extras we didn't expect. And fully appreciate. The location to the pools and beach fantastic. Also communication with the host was perfect. They were able to accomidate our flight changes and very flexible.. 10/10 highly recommend. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing a wonderful welcoming space for family memories. "

"Pablo did a very bad job at front desk, shower was leaking and couldn’t be turned off. Small roaches would appear in the restroom. Overall stay was pretty bad and ruined my trip. "

"We couldn’t have been more pleased with everything. Great place , clean , had everything we needed plus. Very dog friendly pet area close . right next to pool . Close to beach & Bill the owner was wonderful at communicating with us . Check in process super easy. "
