"Needed more staff…bellmen took forever, valet was sometimes overwhelmed. Would have liked a concierge to answer questions, help with reservations, directions, etc."

The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . "
