"I got straight scammed. I paid the upcharge for an upper floor room. What they don’t tell you is the lowest floor of the hotel is 6- which they call an upper floor. I paid the upcharge but stayed on the same floor I would have at the lower rate. Floors 2-5 are parking and 6 is the first actual hotel floor. They refused to give me the money back- just for the upcharge and said they consider all floors upper level. If all floors are upper level so the upper level charge is pretty much a scam to get more money out of you and then when you call them out on it they refuse to give you the upcharge back. It’s a prick way to do business."

"Heat and air worked good. Parking was good. Staff was nice and helpful. Elevator was out and helped us find room on first floor due to special need child with us. Very thankful. "
