"Room was clean, staff polite. We booked for 2 days, but checked out after the first, as my husband is a cardiac patient and the smoke from the wildfires was debilitating for him. This was explained to the staff and we asked to be credited for the second day. We checked out before 11am. We were told that our room had to be booked by another party before we could receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, that did not happen."
