Excellent stay. Staff were friendly, great amenities, and hotel was very clean. However, disappointed as housekeeping came once during our four night stay. Taking out trash, replacing towels, and restocking coffee/tea service is of value to me.

I was disappointed in that I thought breakfast would be included with my booking, but found out upon check in that it was an add-on cost. The breakfast food and coffee options for sale at the coffee bar were somewhat limited. The hotel was clean and other amenities like the gym and pool were nice.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff upon arrival was welcoming. Advised me of the free amenities they had, which came in handy since my husband forgot his tooth brush. Also laundry was also free so we went home with clean clothes. I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Courtyard, for my husbad and I, was due to attending the Big E. Everything from checking in, the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, to the stores & resturants surrounding this hotel, also getting to & from the Big E was such a truly great experience.
