The owners are lovely and on-site. The location is close to Amherst, Hadley and downtown Northampton. The bed was comfy & clean. The room was small but it worked. It’s a great place to stay to support a young family!

If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the Pioneer Valley, this is a simple, clean option. The staff is friendly, the sheets were clean and the bathrooms have all been remodeled. I will stay here again on my next one night trip to the area.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. They were especially helpful with our late check-in and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We really appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service. We needed a place to stay for one night in the area and this place was an unexpected gem! The check-in was done remotely (via text) and seamless. Amazing. Our room was upgraded for free and very large. Super clean. Comfy bed. Great shower. Very convenient location. Thank you so much!

We stayed here for UMass parents weekend as I waited too long to book and there was nothing close by with availability. I had read the other reviews that said that the property had been updated and very clean, and that is exactly what we found. The owner was lovely and they clearly take pride in their business. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We arrived late (after 11pm) and they were also very accommodating.

I love that this nice young couple has taken a relic of the classic American road trip and restored it to better-than-new condition. I tend to seek out just this kind of property in my travels. They have done a very nice job of providing rooms with comforts and necessaries, making the building feel safe, comfortable, and homey, and I will be happy to return in the future to watch their progress with the property, Congrats to the owers on their work!
