"The hotel had very nice rooms. However the rooms are very uncomfortable due to the lack of AC. They don't have fans available either. The self check-in was impersonal and difficult to navigate. If you are checking in after 15:00 no one is there. That is not a positive for a traveler. Breakfast was delicious."

"We were given an upgrade and the room was very nice, although the cost was very high at £180+ , which we assumed was due to the time of year. It was part of an 8 day trip which included 5 hotels and this was almost double the cost of the other, good quality hotels. The hotel and amenities are excellent and I would have awarded a higher rating for the ambience……however we were very disappointed with the set meal at £69 per head.
