Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with a bunk bed set (full-size bed on the bottom and twin on top) and a ping pong table for some friendly competition. Both bedrooms include large closets and extra pillows and blankets for your comfort.

Living Area: Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a 55" Roku TV offering access to Netflix, Prime Video, and more. The large couch can convert into an additional sleeping area if needed. Enjoy the warmth of the indoor fireplace on cooler evenings.

The entire bottom floor utilizing the entrance in the back. Make sure to stay to the left once you turn into the driveway and follow the road to the left to the rear of the house.

Other things to note This is a downstairs unit and we live upstairs. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8 am. No smoking.
