"Surprise! There is a $30 “Destination” fee per night. This place is not a resort and this fee is charged to make you eat and drink at their hotel valet at s $68 a night and this charge does not count against the $30 charge. All elevators don’t work and the two that do are the worst riding I have ever felt in a new hotel. The main stairs to the second floor are worn out and the handrail is severely scratched from instillation. An exterior door is locked which is a fire code issue , apparently it’s expensive to fix so locking it during business hours is the solution. Breakfast was good and the staff nice . The tile in the shower needs to be cleaned better starting to look dirty or moldy. A large amount of construction around the hotel. Roof top pool is great bar area looks used and the bar equipment was dirty, I assume this would be cleaned before use. "

"The property was ok. But I had a family emergency, and told the front desk I may have to leave a day early. The hotel staff said no problem, and that the third party was flexible. The third party, YOU, Experian, was not flexible. You lied to me, saying you talked at length with people at the front desk, who told your bot there is no way I could cancel a night. The front desk did not hear from you. Ever. No talking at length. I had to leave a day early for my family, as I predicted, and cold-hearted Experian never apologized. I was also charged for a night I did not use. I am very disappointed in your lying, your lack of flexibility, and your service. I hope your family never needs you in a crisis."
