We found the hotel extremely clean and comfortable . The staff was very quick to respond to our requests. Room was cleaned very well each day! Check in and check out was very quick. Valet was also very quick . All in all it was a very enjoyable experience. If we were to ever visit DC again, we would stay again 😊

We had a wonderful time at the Watergate hotel!! We were treated very nice. We got there early and our room was ready and they let us in. Also they held our luggage for us while we did some things the day we were leaving! We were also treated wonderful at the Kingbird restaurant there in the hotel! The outside of the hotel needs a little help but looks like they are working on that but the inside is beautiful! We would definitely stay again! Please book your stay there!

I consider the Watergate a 4 star (not 5 star) hotel. It is usually very fairly priced. The rooms are excellent. The Kingsbird restaurant for breakfast is superior and the service excellent. I had this terrific Chamoix beer that was one I've never had that was originally kegged in a bourbon barrel. I was there for two nights for a conference there. It was excellent for the money.

The property is clean and classy throughout. The staff members are all very professional. The responses to my service requests were lacking during this, my third stay, at the Watergate. I had to request coffee pods and body wash three times before they were brought to my room. I also never received the automated message that is useful for texting such requests. In the past I received the text upon check in and conveniently used that text to send in any requests during my stay. This time I had to ask twice at the front desk for them to send me the text.

The hotel was amazing. It was modern and luxurious. The room was sparkling clean. The staff was friendly and flawless in their service. My only small issue was the valet parking was understaffed. We called for the car before we even left the room. We checked out at the desk, and we still had to wait for 15 minutes for our car.
