"The property was run down. The restaurant food was horrible. The free breakfast buffet offered low quality food, served upon paper plates & plastic utensils. The coffee in the paper cup was terrible. We had to pay an extra $20 to park on site, which was ridiculous when you are paying that much for the room. I also believe my Husband was bitten by the bed bugs. No extra blankets or pillows. We will never stay at a Comfort Inn again after this stay, which is unfortunate, because I’m sure all Comfort Inns are not as bad as this one."

"So I called and asked if the pool was heated and I was told yes before even booking. Then I come to check in contactless like the offered me and once I stepped in the building the check in didn’t Work so went to the front freak where the worker was rude then gave me a different room then I asked for I had to change rooms twice. The I go to the pool discover the pool is cold indoors then a staff told me I couldn’t get in. So I left went to get food reported the incident. Worst experience ever"

"Even though the building seems to be older, the inside is very well kept. Room was spacious and had all we needed. No charge for parking which is a big plus for me! The one thing that threw me off because I never experienced it before is that the exhaust vent in the bathroom is on 24hrs. Non-stop. And it's powerful. Not a big deal if the door remains closed, but...why can't guests turn it off?"

"I loved the price and location just a few minutes from downtown and BOS airport. Building and all decor is quaint. For those who love snd find nostalgia in antiques. Room and other areas are very clean and lobby area had a very pleasant aroma. My let down is that they're already in a suburban area, and there is still a charge to guests to park their vehicle. To be fair, I believe it's a BOS thing, because I didn't find a hotel in the area that didn't charge for parking."

"Staff was very nice. Check in was smooth and it was a great quick stay before heading to the airport. They have a shuttle that runs long hours starting at 4am and it was perfect for us since we had an early morning flight! Would stay again and recommend to family and friends"
