"Horrible staff was unprofessional.. roaches all in bathtub....hairball over sheets...stains all over sheets Door did not lock properly. Sink would not drain Felt very unsafe. Dont bring your children"

"Honestly wouldn’t recommend but if you’re on a budget, it’s okay. To start, we walked into our room with the whole floor wet and a huge puddle. There were grimy and rusty marks all over the walls. Holes along sides of outlets and fixtures. Pieces of paint/wallpaper ripped or damaged. Had to plug in all appliances, phone, alarm clock, fridge, and microwave. The microwave looked like it had blown up prior to our arrival. Tried to turn it on and it smelled like burnt popcorn. Provided coffee maker and coffee pods but didn’t provide the cups for it. The bases of the beds were super dirty. Bedding from the mattress, to the mattress protector, to the mattress fitted sheet, to the top blanket, WERE ALL STAINED AND DIRTY. The blankets even had writing on the underneath that said ‘Chica’ on them…. Not sure what’s going on with that. All of the towels had spots of dirt or stains on them somewhere. Even the walls had spots of food/stains as well. The worst part, the morning after our first night, the maids knocked on our door and waited all of 5 seconds before scanning their key card and entering our room without consent or knowledge of what was going on behind our room door. My boyfriend stopped the door because I was CHANGING!!! And my dog was also out of his crate and didn’t have his harness on, so he could have gotten out or jumped on them!! THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. When I told manager, she told the staff not to enter my room right in front of me. Bad vibes after this!"

"Initially was given a room that still had not been cleaned had personal belonging them from someone else. They did fix that give me a different room, which wasn’t no issue. My only really issue with the room was the fact of there being no sink to clean up except a bar sink when they put the kitchenette in for the remodel The spot for the bathroom sink was removed"
