"Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff was fantastic. A special shoutout to Alexa and another young gentleman who worked behind the bar several evenings during our stay. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but both were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service!
My only disappointment was the additional fees. I’m still unclear about what exactly the daily resort fee covers, especially since parking was an additional charge and there was also a separate fee to use the beach chairs. When staying at a beachfront resort and paying a resort fee, I would expect amenities like these to be included, or at least a clearer explanation of what the fee provides.
Despite that frustration, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful hospitality. I would definitely recommend the resort, but I do think the resort fee and additional charges could be more transparent."
