"Staff were great. However, the hotel was not of 4 star standard. Rooms felt like Premier Inn rooms. Had to ask for room to be cleaned the night before, it was not automatic. Even then it was just making the bed and folding the towels. They didn’t even refill the bottle of water (a refillable bottle), put the lid on or clean the glasses. There were also no amenities other thank shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. For example, no vanity kit or the like which one would expect from a 4*. And one...
