"Aroha (hostess) was so kind. I figure we were the last check-in of the day and she was waiting for us at the counter. She was so kind and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. Aroha had even turned the heat pump heater on so the room was warm when we checked in (bear in mind we went in July so it was winter). The apartment's amenities (kitchen, laundry, dishwasher) were in excellent working order. Mt. Maunganui was within a stone's throw (but the trails were closed to recent land slips) and there were loads of great beaches, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. I would happily stay here again."

"Well appointmed apartment clean and spacious. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach, awesome location, underground secure parking. Great communication with after hours assistance. Great value for money."

"Lovely clean space as advertised and had all the things we needed. Pretty cool on arrival (cold weekend) but once heating on warmed up.Would stay again and very handy to rail trail. Happy accommodated late check out requested."

"The accomodation is in an excellent location. Key pick up was easy by calling the manager and they give you the code for the lockbox. The property is well maintained . The apartment is very well maintained although it is not a new unit still very much the 90s. If I had a gripe it would be they could have there own wifi as this does make it difficult to watch even the tv on the building hotspot and the tv is just a small after thought. This is being picky I know. Bed was comfortable and unit is warm as north facing with a seaview overall its a good option"
