The kitchen is quite modern with granite counters and all the necessary appliances (ceramic oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle). The view to the sea from the balcony doors as well as the kitchen windows is absolutely breathtaking. You can spend moments of relaxation and peace just by staring at the sea. Another highlight at the house would be the converted loft which can sleep up to 5 people with its private bathroom. Needless to say that there is air-conditioning in the house and central heating for winter months.

Its location, 100 metres walk to the sea, make it easy for the guests to enjoy swimming, diving in the crystal clear waters of Marathos or even sunbathe in the sandy beach at any time throughout the day.
