There was no air conditioning. One of our beds leaned to the right. They did not have ice, although they have an ice machine, and the breakfast was not very good. We also had bugs in our bathroom. The wifi was spotty, and the hotel was really not within walking distance to the main tourist attractions as we thought. Sorry Hotel Roubaix, but thank you for the welcome."

"This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay."

"Location not great. Small rooms, with no dressers. Shower/tub extremely hard to get in and out of, almost dangerous if you are older, or any disabilities. We did have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. "

They are renovating, so it’s a bit of a hassle, but they are doing everything they can to mitigate it. We even received a free room upgrade at no request.
